We offer therapy services that include individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and therapist consultation.
Individual therapy is intended to help clients process challenging emotions, recognize behavioural patterns, and take steps to change. At Good Days, we offer both Psychotherapy and Psychological Assessments.
We use evidence-based techniques and a personalized approach to address issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress management, as well as other presenting concerns.
This service starts by having a free consultation call with one of our therapists who will ask to learn more about you and your needs. From there, you will be matched with a therapist for an intake session. This will be an opportunity for the therapist to gain a deeper understanding of your presenting concerns, collaborate with you on therapy goals, and outline a tentative treatment plan. Psychotherapy at Good Days is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed, 2SLGBTQ-affirming, and culturally humble approach.

This service involves a comprehensive process to evaluate your cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and psychological functioning. These assessments can be used for various purposes, such as guiding treatment planning, requesting educational accommodations, or providing diagnostic clarification. It may incorporate a comprehensive clinical interview, standardized tests, behavioural observations, collateral information, and diagnostic impressions (if relevant). Currently, Good Days offers psychodiagnostic/mental health assessments (e.g., mood disorders, substance use disorders, personality, PTSD). We hope to offer Adult ADHD assessments in the near future.

With expertise in evidence-based modalities, such as Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, we will guide you through personalized strategies aimed at fostering interpersonal understanding and resilience.
We’re here to help with various concerns, such as infidelity or intimacy challenges, exploring ethical non-monogamy, navigating major life transitions, separation, co-parenting, or enriching your relationship.
